On Board Management Skills Training (OBMST)

Aboa Mare offers a 3-day course on-site at Auriga Business Center in Turku, Finland and online.

The training is about practical management skills of a Master as the managing director of a vessel and as a shipowner’s representative both onboard and ashore including view points on Master’s and Chief Engineer’s role in the shipping economy. The training covers various aspects of needed managerial skills also including legislation, environmental regulations, port state control and charter performance.

The lecturers are maritime experts providing state-of-the-art viewpoints of various topics.
